Long before being right you will be wrong.
Between the two you will be crazy.
Long before they see you, you will begin.
Deep your roots will go, in all directions.
Lots of time, sunshine and compost,
Dead refuse of your lessons laid bare.
They’ll assume blind faith and ego ambition.
Your goals will be too far for their vision.
All the more reason to do.
In deeds and walks,
Down memory squires, into the darkest catacomb,
To your darkest inner thoughts,
Into them you will stare,
Conquer their truth and dare.
Emerge from your ash heap,
With wings of patient restraint,
Lifted by the wildfire in your heart,
You will rise like the sun,
Enlightening above big heads.
