Living Indeed
I’m not afraid of fire, but I am of burning.
Nor afraid of water, but I am of drowning.
Darkness doesn’t bother me;
But what does is I can’t see.
Can’t see what I’d like to be,
Nor find where horizon meets the sea.
Snakes do not scare me,
Though, their poisons'd kill me.
But death doesn’t scare me.
Though, I am of dying.
Inside a battle of fear and myself
Only can my deeds define me.
Remind me.
The object of living.
